this face gets me every time.. and i want to share with the entire world


i spent a quiet sunday taking, organizing and editing pictures. 
piri joined me at one point and got all cute on me. i just die when he does this - 
paws under his "i'm just too cute" puppy face {although he's no puppy.. he's 13 years old!}

and the best part? he let me snap a few pictures. most of the time, 
he just turns his face just as i'm about to snap. 
did your heart melt just now? tell me your heart melted just now. 
:) 

we hope everyone had a relaxing weekend!

  1. Just stumbled across your blog and just felt like I had to tell you PIRI IS THE WORLD'S MOST ADORABLE DOG!! Is he a spaniel? HOW COULD ANYBODY'S HEART NOT MELT OVER THAT LITTLE BABY FACE! .. sorry about the capslocked letters. Dogs tend to have this sort of effect on me..ARGH so cute!!

    2. heehe! yes, he's a 13 year old cocker spaniel! he was my brother's dog and had him since he was a puppy. we took him in when he was 7 years old and has been making us so happy ever since! :)

    1. He does get that a lot! :) I guess it's a good thing! My brother had him since he was a puppy. He lived in GA but I took him in when Piri was 7 years old and he's been with my husband and me ever since.

  3. Piri is so cute! Our kitty, Gamja doesn't care what I do at home. He just comes to me whenever he gets hungry!! :/

  7. my puppy totally does the same thing sometimes! For the most part though, he poses for the pics.... oh how i miss my pup. Your pup has quite a good 'yea i am cute' face i must say hehe.

    1. I love pups who pose! I think it's the cutest thing! I think Piri was once tramautized by the camera flash. Poor thing. :(

    1. Thank you! But we're so guilty! We don't really do anything but bathe and dry him every week. We groom him every 3 or 4 months - and it's usually a short cut until it grows out again. I'm not a fan of the traditional cocker spaniel cut. But I'm glad you think he looks smashing! We had a similar comment from someone else too! Maybe we're doing something right by not fussing too much! :D

    2. You bathe him once a week? That's pretty awesome! Our dogs get groomed/bathed every 6-8 weeks :O
